Welcome to Ezgather. By accessing our website or booking our event management services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, visitors, and users of Ezgather’s services.

All event bookings with Ezgather are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after the required advance payment is received. Event details, requirements, and timelines must be shared accurately at the time of confirmation. Any changes requested after confirmation may result in additional charges and adjustments to the delivery schedule.

All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment as per the order value:

Orders below INR 10,000: 100% advance payment required
Orders above INR 10,000: 75% advance payment required to confirm the booking
The remaining balance must be cleared before or on the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All payments made are non-refundable. However, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of EZGatherr under specific circumstances.

All cancellations must be communicated in writing.

Refund eligibility will depend on the notice period provided and the stage of order execution:

Cancellation on the day of the event: No refund
Cancellation within 24 hours of the event: 50% refund
Cancellation within 48 hours of the event: 75% refund
No refunds will be applicable beyond the above conditions.

Any changes to the event date, time, venue, guest count, or scope of work must be communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Changes requested within 48 hours of the event will be subject to availability and may not be accepted.

The client is responsible for providing timely approvals, necessary permissions, and access to the event venue. Ezgather will not be responsible for delays or issues arising due to incomplete information, lack of coordination, or restricted access.

Ezgather shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, or unforeseen emergencies. Ezgather is not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses related to the event.

All creative concepts, designs, images, and materials developed for the event remain the intellectual property of Ezgather unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ezgather reserves the right to use photographs or videos from events for promotional, marketing, and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise prior to the event.

Ezgather reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if the client fails to comply with these terms, engages in unlawful activities, or does not fulfill payment obligations. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
